OSHA Process Safety Management Programs

Process Hazard Analysis

We are well versed in conducting efficient and value-added Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) for a broad range of industries. Having served major corporations and performed initial PHAs, PHA revalidations and related studies, our team is respected in its field. We can work with your staff to provide a full range of PHA services, using a variety of methodologies, including Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP), Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), What-if/Checklist, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis.

Risk Management Programs

Our safety engineering team has extensive experience in developing Risk Management Programs (RMPs) and have prepared RMP submissions, and off-site consequence analysis (OCA) studies for numerous facilities.
